Liv has created a series of workshops blending art therapy with her lived experience & over decade working in mental health Each workshop is tailored to the groups age and focuses on their desired themes and outcomes.
If your planning an upcoming event, Liv also facilitates live painting, which involves painting a design of your choice throughout the event and all the guests are invited to take part in the creation.

1. Workshop: Youth Empowerment & Life Skills
These workshops focus on empowering youth to become more self aware, creatively work through life’s challenges and gives students direction as they transition into the next stage of their lives. Creative activities act to calm the mind, enhance creative problem solving, nurture self confidence and gift the youth with ways to positively and creatively work through life’s challenges. Each session can be designed with a unique focus in mind and is delivered in a fun, supportive and enriching way. Topics you can expect include, goal setting, self-awareness, kindness, emotional intelligence, resilience etc.

2. Workshop: Creative Growth & Self Awareness
Liv runs fun, creative, self-discovery sessions. Each session is packed with many unique and creative activities that either connect you to yourself or help you build connection with others. You do not need any artistic ability to gain so much from the creative fun that the session provides. Expect to get your hands messy in a imaginative, fun & supported way.
Liv has years combined over a decade of personal experience working in the mental health and wellbeing space. Her unique workshop combines experience from working with elite athletes, entrepreneurs, mental health patients and students. Her understanding and empathy for people is what makes this workshop so supportive, engaging and empowering for all!

3. Workshop: Creative Community Engagement
This mural creation Workshop is designed to bring the whole community together!
The community will be guided to work together to design and create a mural for the whole town, region or school to enjoy. There is huge personal and group growth and connection that comes with creating a large art work. All murals will be viewed and appreciated by the community that uses the building or space. A community mural is a fantastic team building activity for sports clubs, community groups and schools. Many youth centres or local councils benefit from locally designed and created art work. Let Olivia help bring your community closer together with this engaging and collaborative mural workshop.

4. Event: Live Party Painting
Let me create an unforgettable experience at your pARTy!
I will paint a design of your choice and invite all the guests to take part in the creation of the art work throughout your pARTy. The painting can then be gifted to the host as a present and is a keep sake from the special day created by everyone who attended your party.
I can come to your place of work, home or venue.
