Workshops with Liv Robinson

School: Speaking Workshops with Liv Robinson

Liv is a lived-experience art therapist & artist and current WA athlete, with over 10 years working in mental health & wellness. Liv has transformed her life from living in a mental health facility for over a year to becoming an international selling artist, wellness specialist to Australia’s business elite, life coach & art therapist. Liv is on a mission to share her story and empower, educate and inspire the next generation.

Liv’s School Workshops

The aim is to inspire students to become the best version of themselves by sharing my

story and passing on my lived experience and learnt life skills. With my unique creative approach students & staff can add value to their wellbeing and enhance the ability to get the most out of their time at school.

Each workshop will inspire, educate and empower both students and staff to harness more self awareness and emotional resilience in their everyday lives. By sharing my story and delivering a creative and interactive workshop all students will learn a number of valuable life skills, including working as a team, overcoming challenges, and how to unleash their full potential.

Cost $475 per session

• Discount for term booking

• School to provide basic equipment (paper/pens)

3 - PAINTING A LIFE STORY

Sharing my story - full school assembly presentation

Before starting my life in Australia, I overcame anorexia and a decade of poor mental health. I have been fortunate enough to work as a wellness specialist for high profile clients, been the primary remedial sports massage therapist for international sports teams, competed at state level in several sports and have established my own ART/ART therapy business here in Australia. I have done all this despite my own personal struggles with dyslexia and as previously mentioned, mental health conditions in my younger years.

I believe that sharing my story & discussing helpful life skills with students, in the school environment, in an engaging, inspiring and age-appropriate manner can go a huge way towards making their school and home lives more manageable.

I know that there is tremendous power in being a living example of an individual that has overcome extreme challenges in order to create a life that I love.

My most challenging period of life was during my school years so I can appreciate the struggles of navigating these difficult years through adolescence.

My ability, training and experience mean that I am equipped to offer encouragement and inspiration for your students as they transition into the next phase of their lives and ultimately adulthood.

Cost $375
